Major duties and responsibilities

• Develop and maintain MATOC project personnel schedules for each task, and schedule resource utilization plans for multiple simultaneous projects and operational activities. The resource utilization plan schedules the WMATA departments needed for each task — for example, an electrical escort for work in power rooms, Plant personnel to open doors to work areas, and a power escort to de-energize electrical panels.
• Support working groups to help determine needs and resources.
• Support assessment of workarounds and contingency planning for major work events.

Background and experience required

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• A minimum of 5 year’s experience as a personnel scheduler.
• Ability to evaluate and develop complex schedules for multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and Primavera P6.
• Experience with Procore.
• Strong communication skills.

Location: WMATA New Carrollton Headquarters, New Carrollton, MD

Estimated work hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday

Salary range: $85,000 – $115,000 YR
