Job Summary:

The Assistant Project Manager will provide essential support to the project management team in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from start to finish. This role involves assisting in the development of project plans, ensuring adherence to construction timelines, and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 5 years experience in a project coordinator or similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and best practices.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in construction project management software.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the project management team to establish project objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate construction activities, ensuring that all team members follow project plans and meet deadlines.
• Communicate regularly with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to provide updates and gather input.
• Monitor construction progress, identify any issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Prepare and deliver project status reports to key stakeholders.
• Participate in project evaluations to assess outcomes and identify areas for improvement in the construction process.
